Trademarks All trademarks and trade names used, mentioned or displayed on the Properties or in the Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of the applicable Project Pluto, Inc., including The Terminal X, and Terminal X. Email Notifications By creating an account with us, you agree to receive email notifications from us, including various product upgrades and announcements. You can change your notification setting at any time under Profile settings, or by contacting [email protected] Registration To access Content on, or to use some of the Services and Properties, you will be required to register. Should you choose to register, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information about yourself as required by the registration process, and to promptly update such information as necessary to ensure that it is kept accurate and complete. From time to time, we may allow you to register using certain third party login credentials, such as Microsoft or Google. Should you choose to do so, you agree that we may collect, use and disclose your information from the social media account in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Our access to your personal information will vary according to the particular social media credentials used. Accounts are offered for individual use only. Registration is strictly restricted to one account per person. You may not pretend to be someone else or register on behalf of other people. You may not use registration credentials that we deem offensive or otherwise inappropriate, in our sole discretion. You may not share your registration information with or give your account login credentials to anyone else. Your account may be suspended or terminated and services, products or coupons you have requested or obtained may be withheld, deleted, withdrawn or invalidated without notice if there is any suspicion that you or anyone in your household has misused your account, registered for multiple or fraudulent accounts, shared login credentials or breached any other portion of these Terms. Artificial Intelligence The customer acknowledges that the Services may contain content created by generative AI technologies, and recognizes that generative AI content may contain incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or nonsensical information. As such, the customer acknowledges that it is their duty and responsibility to treat generative AI content with appropriate caution and skepticism. It is the user’s responsibility to verify any AI generated information. Generative AI content is for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal, investment, financial, medical, or any other professional advice. Paid Services If you have subscribed to a Paid Service, your use of that Paid Service and related Content will be governed by the subscription terms applicable to that Paid Service, in addition to these Terms. You agree that you will not share the Content you receive through the Paid Service with anyone except as explicitly permitted by these Terms and the subscription terms applicable to that Paid Service. You will be required to register as described at the time of registration for a Paid Service, and you will be assigned an account for such Paid Service. You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your password, account, or use of any or all of the Properties or Services and remove and discard any User Postings (as defined below) at our convenience or for any reason, including if we believe you have violated or may violate these Terms. You agree that any suspension and/or termination of your access to or use of the Properties or the Services may be effected without prior notice and that we will not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer has no obligation to indemnify Project Pluto Inc. or the Project Pluto Inc. indemnitees to the extent any such claim arises out of or relates to Project Pluto Inc.'s unlawful acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or a breach of this Agreement. Companies', its suppliers' or licensors' or providers', aggregate liability, if any, arising out of or in any way related to these Terms or your use of the Properties or Services exceed the fees paid or payable by you for the Services prior to the event that directly gave rise to the damages claimed, without regard to whether such claim is based in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), product liability or otherwise. Except with respect to your indemnification obligations hereunder, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, in no event shall either party and as to Project Pluto, Inc., The Terminal X, or any Project Pluto, Inc. Companies, its suppliers or licensors or providers, be liable for any indirect, exemplary, special, punitive or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of data or loss of profits, without regard to whether such claim is based in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these Terms is found to have failed of its essential purpose. The parties agree that the limitations specified in this section are an essential basis of the bargain between the parties. Governing Law - Venue Privacy By using the Properties or Services you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to our Privacy Policy. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, you may request a deletion of your personal information at any time. Throughout these Terms, the words “including” and “includes” mean “including without limitation.” Our failure to comply with these Terms because of an act of God, war, fire, riot, terrorism, earthquake, actions of federal, state or local governmental authorities or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control, shall not be a breach of these Terms. These Terms, including all terms, policies, and guidelines referenced in these Terms, together with any agreement governing your use of Paid Services, where applicable, is the entire agreement between you and the Project Pluto, Inc.
