Billing & Subscription Policy
Your Payment Method provided via Stripe will be billed on a regular basis during your subscription, although the exact timing of when you are billed may vary. You may view your next recurring billing data by logging in to your Terminal X Account and viewing your subscription detail pages.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel Terminal X subscription at any time by signing into your account and following the cancellation instructions provided, under "Manage" my Subscription. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the applicable subscription period during which you notify us of cancellation. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the Terminal X services for the remainder of the time you have already paid for, but you will not receive a refund. You will also forfeit any service or referral credits upon cancellation. If you cancel your subscription during a free trial or other promotion, cancellation may become effective immediately. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS TO ANY PARITAL-PERIOD SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS OR UNUSED SERVICES, EXECPT AS STATED HEREIN OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
